We are currently seeking an Marketing Excel Reporting Specialist – Temporary (Possible Temp to Perm) to join our Princeton, NJ team of professionals. This assignment can last up to 5 months, will begin in July (2017) and has a possibility of becoming a regular Full-time position. Working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
This position will be responsible to perform high-quality Excel-based reporting and internet research to ensure flawless marketing execution. You will conduct research, proofread and review data matches and non-matches, document and format these findings in Excel reports, complete quality assurance checklists, and communicate with internal and external teams to ensure the integrity of marketing data related to promotional campaigns.
Our “ideal candidate” has 1 - 5 years of Direct Marketing experience performing research, Excel reporting, marketing project plans, campaign execution, proofreading, analysis, or, auditing. This individual needs to have advanced detail-oriented skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and have experience conducting thorough and accurate research and analysis of data, meeting project scope and deadlines, and effectively communicating project status.
