    We are currently seeking a Temporary - Campaign Execution Manager to join our Princeton, NJ team of professionals. This Temporary / Temp to Perm assignment is currently scheduled to last up to 6 months and has a possibility of becoming a regular Full-time position.


     Our “ideal candidate” is an individual who has 2 – 8 years experience managing single and multi-channel direct marketing campaign project plans, and has a proven ability to effectively meet deliverable expectations and deadlines.


    This individual is responsible for campaign execution support and high-quality service to our Client’s internal Marketing Managers for Direct mail, email, on-line, and social media campaigns.  This is not a management / leadership role.

    Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to: 

    • Prepare and manage campaign project plan, meeting all deliverables and deadlines;
    • Communicate with our Client’s Marketing Manager to develop and maintain strong relationships, and to communicate project status throughout the campaign delivery process;
    • Work with various teams regarding the submission, review, revision, and final approval of creative, ensuring compliance to business guidelines;
    • Work with various business teams to obtain required approvals;
    • Enter and update all program inputs into multiple designated databases;
    • Prepare and submit quality assurance documentation;
    • Communicate Project Status in Excel;
    • Follow account policies and department’s Best Practices to ensure all components of the mailings are accurate, and comply with policy.



    In addition, our "ideal candidate" has the following skills & experience:

    • College Degree from 4-year college or university required (Business, Marketing preferred);
    • Strong working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office products required;
    • 2- 8 years prior Direct Marketing industry experience in campaign execution, list brokerage, list management, advertising, marketing, project management, vendor management, or production coordination;  
    • Client relationship management experience preferred;
    • Advanced project management skills;
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in production-oriented environment;
    • Excellent attention to detail. High degree of accuracy required;
    • Flexible, organized, open to feedback with excellent follow-through skills;
    • Ability to deliver on promises and meet deadlines. Balance a sense of urgency with calm and confidence;
    • Work effectively as part of a team and independently with a “can-do” attitude;
    • Strong written and oral communication skills; engaged listening skills;
    • Problem solving and decision making ability.
