    We are currently adding Part-time and Per-diem Marketing Coordinator(s) - Creative Review & Compliance to join our Princeton, NJ team of professionals. These positions will be scheduled to work during normal business hours - Working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.


    This individual is responsible for coordinating various creative review processes consisting of: reviewing creative drafts; communicating feedback about required revisions; ensuring compliance of legal, regulatory, and branding elements; providing final approval, and maintaining documentation in a project database.

    Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

    • Proofread creative copy for various channels (such as Direct Mail, Email, and Display) to ensure that format, offer, copy, images, and terms & conditions (T&C’s) meet guidelines and that legal, branding, and regulatory elements comply with policies; 
    • Communicate creative comments clearly and thoroughly – through our on-line database;
    • Maintain Project database with necessary documentation;
    • Complete creative review and approval within established deadlines and cycle-time benchmarks;
    • Identify and resolve outstanding issues in a timely and effective manner;
    • Follow account policies and department’s Best Practices to ensure components of the mailings are accurate, and have passed compliance policies;
    • Track projects in excel;
    • Participate in audits and training sessions.


    In addition, our "ideal candidate" has the following skills & experience:

    • College Degree from 4-year college or university required (Business, Marketing preferred);
    • 1-4 years in Direct Marketing industry with marketing or advertising background, campaign execution, product traffic coordination and/or Client Relationship Management skills;
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, PDF Writer and Excel required;
    • Advanced proofreading skills and attention to detail;
    • Strong written and oral communication skills;
    • Ability to work independently, as well as a team player;
    • Project Management skills;
    • Experience in deadline driven environment;
    • Affinity toward structure and following rules tied to compliance and legal guidelines;
    • Ability to remain flexible and responsive when faced with multiple urgent requests and changing priorities;
    • Has excellent intuition, with the demonstrated ability to provide solutions ensuring “gray areas” meet creative and compliance standards;
    • Ability to solve problems and achieve collaboration on final creative;
    • Ability to work additional hours (if needed) and offer flexibility during volume spikes.
