We are currently seeking Data Solutions Strategists to join our ALC Solutions & ALC Non Profit Solutions teams of professionals.  Our teams are located in NJ, NY, CA, MN, TX, GA and IL.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

Working with the Fortune 1000 and other great companies, you’ll act as a consultant to prospects and clients, educating/offering them “best practices” as well as conceiving innovative data solutions (with the support of ALC’s team of industry leaders) to help them exceed their marketing goals. This includes…

  • Developing deep relationships with executives at key organizations – likely CMO or Director level or above
  • Leading periodic client reviews/assessments to identify areas for growth and additional projects/revenue opportunities
    • Identify existing KPI’s
    • Develop “ground zero” metrics against which to measure success
  • Demonstrating highly visible leadership with a willingness to deeply research and understand a client’s business issues:
    • Diagnose the situation regarding current data and media needs
    • Identify the options; Conduct a gap analysis between current assets and goals
      • Focus and prioritize based upon need, impact, readiness, budget and timing
    • Recommend the best path forward
      • Collaborate with sales, account management and operations
      • Create reporting tools that illustrate progress
      • Define deliverable and intended outcomes
    • Development of use cases
    • Contribute to the sale
      • Validate/refine with client
      • Finalize scope, budget
      • Collaborate with internal teams on SOW development

 Critical Working Relationships:

  • Work effectively with Sales and Account Management teams and other leaders
  • Provide direct input into Management team, helping shape product/services developments and value proposition
  • Work effectively with Account Teams on delivery of solutions
  • Provide direct and constructive input into RFP process

Qualifications

In addition, our "ideal candidate" has the following skills & experience: 

  • 8+ years’ experience in a data driven marketing company involved in multi-channel marketing – Agency side experience a plus
  • Track record of thriving in an entrepreneurial and self-starting environment, leveraging your creativity, insight and intellect
  • Outstanding internal and external communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated results oriented actions within a complex sales environment
  • Understanding of CRM strategic concepts and services
  • Demonstrated and proven presentation skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Proven team player

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree minimum (Advance Degree a plus)
