Overview

We are currently seeking a Platform Sales Account Manager to join our ALC Digital team. This role may work out of our NYC, Princeton, NJ or Tarrytown, NY locations.

This individual is responsible for the day-to-day account management on high-profile Clients within the Data Marketplace, Exchange Management platforms space.

Our "ideal candidate" is an individual who has three or more years in the Digital Media, Marketing and Advertising Technology industries. This individual should possess strong customer service skills, be able to effectively multi-task and think "outside the box" for new ways to work with clients and our data.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

Responsible for managing, supporting & growing Digital Data Platforms, Marketplaces, DSPs and DMPs:

  • Plan, prepare and present digital plans, recommendations and reviews, for new and current accounts/clients;
  • Develop new business accounts and maintain business relationships with existing clients to meet Sales/Account Management goals;
  • Consult on effective digital media & data strategies, including display, mobile, video & addressable TV media and Email;
  • Develop and maintain accurate reports on campaign forecasts and results
  • Analyze response and provide insights to clients with recommendations for improvement strategies;
  • Recommend segmentation strategies to target appropriate target audience;
  • Project management of campaigns and communication of project status;
  • Establish priorities while meeting deadlines;
  • Provide back up to VP.

Qualifications

 In addition, our "ideal candidate" has the following skills & experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree required;
  • 3-5 years prior experience in multi-channel, email, digital marketing, campaign management, data management and/or advertising technology platforms
  • Two years of management experience;
  • Prior Account Management experience required;
  • Ability to maintain high level of organization and attention to detail;
  • Ability to remain flexible and responsive when faced with multiple urgent requests;
  • Strong project management skills;
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
